Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overview:
∎ Kolpolok Limited is seeking a talented and creative generalist who has a solid background in graphic design principles and expertise in UI/UX design. You’ll be required to handle our client’s project and our in-house graphics content and UI/UX design, on a priority basis.
∎
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project goals.
∎ • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
∎ • Converting requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and UI elements.
∎ • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts.
∎ • This position involves hands-on production work- translating concepts or stories into interactive designs and prototypes.
∎ • Carry out multiple projects concurrently and ability to work in a team.

∎ Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
∎ • Proven experience UI/UX design.
∎ • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or Figma.
∎ • Solid understanding of design principles, modern UI trends, and design aesthetics.
∎ • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
∎ • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
∎ • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
