Proven experience in digital marketing in the IT sector or any Agency.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a track record of success.
Strong proficiency in analytical skills with experience using digital marketing & analysis tools. (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc).
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Candidate must have Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving Skills.
Self-starter with high resilience and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and YouTube advertising.
Enhance SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search results and increase visibility.
Strong knowledge of content marketing, including blog writing, SEO-focused content, and audience engagement strategies.
Craft compelling and targeted content for various digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for websites and social media platforms, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective online content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies and AI, and best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Develop and establish a robust brand identity and compelling value proposition for the organization.
Utilize a variety of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales on e-commerce platforms.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase awareness, demand, and sales of our products across various digital platforms.
Office hours: 6 PM to 3 AM BD Time.
