Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing all the digital platforms.
∎ Utilize various digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and actively work towards addressing their issues or concerns over phone and chat bots.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping company goodwill.
∎ Maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of Digital Sales Officer. In this position, the candidate will be involved in promoting marketing & sales through digital Platform. Candidates should have good experience in online marketing and sales through digital platform.Need to promote sales by using Digital Marketing strategies and social media. Ability to increase sales through On-page, Off-page, and personal communication. Ability to control and manage team of digital sales officers. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attends networking events.
