Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, lead generation, and e-commerce operations.

  • Communication skills in English and Bengali.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Strong analytical skills with good command of sales data interpretation.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through online and direct sales activities.

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and overall revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to drive repeat sales.

  • Coordinate with Chinese teams for product sourcing and order placement.

  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media sales pages, and website.

  • Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to support sales growth.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional content and campaign plans.

  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.

  • Supervise and guide digital sales executives, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance.

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Bangladesh office, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.

  • Support staff recruitment, training, and professional development.

  • Maintain a positive and organized work environment with effective coordination among teams.

  • Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and agreements for cost efficiency.

  • Prepare regular sales, performance, and campaign reports for management.
