We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Plan Development Executive who is an expert in Supershop, E-commerce, and Sales Development. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales growth, and support retail and online business expansion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop complete digital marketing plans aligned with company goals, sales targets, and retail growth.

  • Plan and execute sales-driven digital strategies for supershop and e-commerce platforms.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and sales performance.

  • Manage campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

  • Set marketing objectives, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and sales conversion targets.

  • Coordinate with sales, retail operations, content, and design teams to ensure effective execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact; prepare regular performance reports.

  • Optimize campaigns to increase leads, conversions, and revenue.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and retail e-commerce strategies.
