∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Market or Facebook Page, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook marketing, Graphic Designer, web content

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content Management (Design and prepare content for different ads, posts and sourcing content for the Company's website.
∎ Responsible for graphics designing, get approval from management and handle vendors related to official & promotional design work.
∎ Ensure company received the best price & best quality from vendors.
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
∎ Designs build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Responsible to capture live video and live presentations as per schedule & social media influencing capability
∎ Responsible for all sorts of graphics designing (Internal & also for promotional graphics designing)
∎ Applicants should have experience in brand promotion, Social media management.
∎ Develop and design contents for both online & offline campaigns/contests.
∎ Responsible to update/prepare company profiles with the collaboration of other departments
∎ Write, edit catchy content and proofread for copy writing of materials both in English & Bengali.
∎ Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
∎ Create and implement social media marketing plan
∎ Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
∎ Reporting on campaign analytics such as Reach, Clicks, Engagement, and Conversion etc.
