Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor or Masters in Marketing with relevant degree and Experience in Web/ Online/ Digital Marketing for a considerable time.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Communication, Media Planning/ Media Buying
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Healthcare/Lifestyle product, E-commerce, Market Research Firms, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating digital marketing strategies
∎ Manage digital campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs for brand awareness, growth, engagement and to drive sales
∎ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
∎ Manage media agencies and deliver effective and engaging digital campaigns
∎ Working to create compelling content to increase customer interest and awareness
∎ Tracking digital marketing metrics and making improvements.
∎ Implementing new technologies and platforms to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital/retail experience.
∎ Manage E-Commerce – site management, order fulfillment, inventory management, CRM etc
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Job Location: Qrius ( Life style Retailing ) Head Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep interest in social media and e-commerce platforms and trends
∎ Excellent grip of best practices in social media and digital marketing
∎ Creative with great aesthetic and design sense
∎ Comfort and knowledge of web analytic and reporting platforms preferred
∎ Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
∎ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency
∎ Dynamic leadership
