Job Context:
∎ If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels. Digital marketing manager will work with the team and creative designers to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
∎ About the Organization: You will be responsible for spearheading digital marketing for Noorbookstore.com an online e commerce store which specializes in the segment of Quran and Hadiths only. It is the largest website in Bangladesh focusing only in this segment. We offer the widest variety of Quran and Hadiths in Bangladesh.
∎ You will also be responsible for digital marketing efforts for Harmony Builders Ltd. A real estate company. Both the companies operate under the same umbrella.
∎ You are a strong candidate if you are:
∎ Data-driven: You use data to drive decision-making and improve results. You also recognize where data may not exist and you`re able to move forward without it.
∎ Expert: You are an expert in at least one channel (Facebook, AdWords, SEO) and have worked on campaigns in each of the others and have experience in executing paid social media campaigns.

∎ Creative: You think about solving problems in different ways when you hit roadblocks. You come up with new ideas for how to motivate and influence target customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are expected to do the following tasks:
∎ Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company.
∎ Enhance brand awareness in the digital space
∎ Drive website traffic and optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate.
∎ Create and optimize sales funnel and increase the marketing funnel efficiencies
∎ Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
∎ A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
∎ Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analysing data, and identifying trends and insights.
∎ Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC campaigns.
∎ Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs.

∎ Create, edit and improve the content that audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion.
∎ Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content development, categorization and structure.
∎ Measure and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
∎ Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand.
∎ Analyze web traffic metrics.
