Job Context:
∎ We seek a "Digital Marketing Manager" for our rapidly growing online e-commerce brand (F-commerce and web-based) to increase online/digital sales.
∎ The role entails managing social media platforms, Facebook advertising, online sales, and marketing plan. As part of this position, the candidate will be responsible for devising digital marketing strategies, executing digital marketing, especially Facebook marketing & advertising, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of Facebook marketing efforts for sales increasing, creative planning and executing all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics Designing knowledge and developing marketing area.
∎ As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution of the team. You can devise long-term strategy and growth plans and drive revenue through planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts.
∎ You will manage team members and work with cross-departmental groups such as development and design teams to ensure the smooth execution of daily operational activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the other team to develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives of the e-commerce company. Identify target audiences, key messaging, content themes, creative elements, content themes, and tactics to effectively engage and convert users on various social media platforms that resonate with the target market.
∎ Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth on Facebook platforms. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and developing effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Align advertising efforts with the brand's overall marketing goals, target audience, and product offerings. ∎ Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
∎ Plan and create engaging and relevant social media content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
∎ Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across social media platforms.
∎ Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and sales for the footwear brand's F-commerce platform.
∎ Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools to create and manage campaigns effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the customer support, logistics, supply chain, and business development team to forecast and plan online sales targets, quotas, and revenue projections.
∎ Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed. Identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
∎ Maximize advertising and sales opportunities on Facebook by identifying and pursuing potential partnerships, clients, and advertisers.
∎ Coordinate with the design team to develop compelling and visually appealing ad creatives (images, videos, carousel ads, etc.) that align with the brand identity and messaging. Optimize ad copy and visuals to maximize engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions on Facebook.
∎ Utilize Facebook's targeting capabilities to identify and reach relevant audiences for the e-commerce company's products. Segment audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom lists to deliver personalized and targeted ad experiences on Facebook.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences for footwear and other brands' products.
∎ Implement and monitor Facebook pixel or other tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance, track conversions, and optimize ad delivery.

∎ Conduct ongoing A/B tests to evaluate different ad creatives, copy variations, landing page designs, and targeting strategies on Facebook. Analyze test results and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ad performance and achieve desired outcomes.
∎ Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to improve ad performance continuously. Optimize campaigns based on test results and performance analysis.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on Facebook, including CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CPA. Generate reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Track and analyze performance metrics across digital marketing channels, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversion rate, website traffic, ROI, CAC, and CLTV. Monitor sales performance metrics on Facebook, such as conversion rates, revenue per customer, CAC, and ROAS. Communicate insights and recommendations through regular reports and dashboards to senior management.
∎ Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and customer acquisition, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Track and analyze key sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, CAC, and CLTV. Review advertising metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools to measure effectiveness, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS, optimizing campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on Facebook advertising, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends. Keep informed about changes in Facebook's policies, algorithms, and features for compliance and new opportunities. Stay updated on Facebook sales developments, adapting strategies for sales growth. Conduct market research, analyze data, and monitor industry trends and competitors on Facebook. Identify product development opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve user engagement. Adapt advertising strategies for the F-commerce and footwear industry.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives, including marketing, creative, analytics, product, customer support, logistics, supply chain, and business development teams.
∎ Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the e-commerce company's products or services. Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Address any questions or objections raised during the sales process.
∎ Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities on Facebook. Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to identify potential leads and prospects. Generate and qualify leads through various strategies, such as social media engagement, targeted advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.

∎ Perform photo editing and graphics design for digital content. Create visually appealing marketing materials using basic graphic design skills. Edit product images, design backgrounds, and marketing collateral. Develop concepts and designs for brand identity and promotions. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with video editing and graphics design. Hold a diploma or certification in Graphic Design. Meet creative needs including 3D visualization, motion graphics, animation, and brand communication. Seek a creative graphic designer for web and social media ads, brochures, and videos. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. Design graphics for websites, social media, and email campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is preferred.
