Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle online customers.
∎ Must have basic computer operating system knowledge.
∎ Bangla & English typing is mandatory, typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Social media management knowledge
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivation.
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Keep the record of orders.
∎ Receive products and immediately process for sale and delivery.
∎ Maintain the customer database.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of stock.
∎ Maintain business secrecy.
∎ Must be able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 03 months probation period
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Bangla & English typing is mandatory, typing speed at least 30 WPM
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 13000 (Monthly)

Again, if your expectation is 13001 BDT as a starting salary, please don’t apply for this position.
The job will be permanent after three (03) months of satisfactory performance. Upon job permanent, the bonus will be paid equal to the basic salary on 2 Eids, and the salary will be increased.
