∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bangla typing is mandatory.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your data visualization work and social media graphics. Must have a portfolio of previous work
∎ Education qualification is not mandatory as long as you have design skills and knowledge.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Company, E-Commerce.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Content Development, Graphics Design

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Ability to develop and design innovative concepts and graphics for our products and brand.
∎ Experience in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms, including knowledge of platform-specific design requirements and trends.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience, including images, videos, and written copy.
∎ Understand brand briefs, unique product design, and create social media content for different social media Sites.
∎ Design digital media creation for social media posts, banners, blog images, ads, and infographics.
∎ Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and e-banners.
∎ Developing concepts and designs for brand identity, logos, and promotions.
∎ Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.
∎ Edit and Create videos for brands & products using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Filmora, etc.
∎ Experience in video content creation. Video making and editing for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube and creating short videos, media cuts, and reels.
∎ Maintain and organize the company's photo and video assets.
∎ Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
∎ Schedule posts in advance to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
∎ Office Shift: 9 am - 6 pm
∎ Weekend: Saturday
∎ 03 months probation period
