Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
∎ If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Manage end-to-end digital projects.
∎ Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in similar fields.
∎ Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or other media editing software.
∎ Experience with visual communication principles.
∎ Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
∎ Excellent analytical and project management skills.
∎ An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.
