Plan, design, and create engaging Facebook posts and templates (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
Maintain brand consistency in all designs and posts.
Write short and effective captions/content for Facebook posts.
Monitor post performance, reach, engagement, and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaign-based posts and templates.
Stay updated with current Facebook trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure timely posting and scheduling of content.
