∎ Minimum 1 Year of hands-on experience on Both Google & Facebook Ads.
∎ Strong understanding of PPC campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Google Ads tools (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
∎ Experience with retargeting strategies and lookalike audience creation.
∎ Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
∎ Strong copywriting and ad creative skills to write compelling ad copy and optimize visual creatives.
∎ Familiarity with keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
∎ Ability to work with budgets of varying sizes and deliver results aligned with KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance advertising.
