∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Twitter marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Solid Understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO/SEM, be able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
∎ Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors, develop and implement Content strategies, Google AdSense, AdWords, Analytics.
∎ Sound knowledge in the gray hat, black hat, white hat SEO, and PBN Setup skills, analysis and write content for SEO and Social networking accounts.
∎ Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Develop digital marketing budget for best utilization of cost.
∎ Manage, develop and design various communications layouts such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
∎ Setting up reports for the marketing and digital teams using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Page Speed Insights.
∎ Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., website, emails, social media, and blogs)
∎ Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
∎ Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Creative planning and conducting direct digital marketing activities, including a good Graphics designing knowledge
∎ Improve SEO performance across the website through reporting, regular reviewing and enhancing the data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 1 years of hands-on experience are only encouraged to apply
∎ Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphic Design, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, Video Editing
∎ Basic Programming knowledge will be plus
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Demonstrable skills and experience in creative content writing
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing
∎ Should have sound knowledge on maintaining social media business Pages
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and hard working
∎ Have a good knowledge on English writing and speaking.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
