∎ Ability to collaborate in a team and work on agile development methodologies.
∎ Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or Layer 2 solutions.
∎ Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., DAOs).
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt to new blockchain technologies.
∎ Knowledge of oracles (e.g., Chainlink) for integrating real-world data.
∎ Hash functions like SHA-256.
∎ Understanding of Blockchain Fundamentals
∎ Understanding of Block structure and transactions.
∎ Understanding of cross-chain communication protocols and tools.
∎ Rock-solid skill on Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry, Anchor Framework.
∎ Experience with blockchain APIs and SDK Usage (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Polkadot.js).
∎ Strong Knowledge about testing tools: Ganache, Remix IDE, and testnets.
∎ Familiarity with Popular Blockchain Platforms
∎ Should have Proficiency on Git & Version ControlSolve Problems with codes.
∎ Experience on payment gateway integration.
∎ Strong Knowledge about MySQL or MSSQL.
∎ Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
∎ Must be a hard worker.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smart Contract Development: Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Solana/Polkadot), Vyper, or Go (Hyperledger).
∎ General Programming: JavaScript, Python, C++, Java, or C#.
∎ Data Structures and Algorithms: Understanding of hashing, trees (e.g., Merkle trees), linked lists, and graphs.
∎ Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React,Vue or Angular.
