Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort ¬¬¬is a magnificent new-generation business class hotel ideally located on Airport Road in the commercial area of Nikunja 2, Dhaka. It is just a 3 minute drive away from the only international gateway to Dhaka. It has already gained remarkable popularity in the hospitality and travel industry within the nation and abroad.
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated, confident Digital Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer who has an excellent portfolio and good communication skills. As a Designer, h/she will work directly with the Creative and Marketing team to deliver high-quality visual designs in a collaborative environment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage hotel's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, and TripAdvisor contents and communities.
∎ Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns of varying scale and complexity for online and offline platforms.
∎ Manage, create, and maintain Facebook Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
∎ Create graphics materials by using Adobe's Creative Suite-including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
∎ Making video content for digital platforms or social media sites.
∎ Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
∎ Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
∎ Monitor and keep hotel social media pages up-to-date with current trends in tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
∎ Create and manage effective web contents to drive effective SEM program.
∎ Organize/create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years' hands-on digital marketing experience for business social media pages and/or websites.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Art & Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided).
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects, Wondershare Filmora.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of SEM and SMM, especially social media ads and Google ads.
∎ Must have creative visualizing capabilities to ideate campaign activities.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to handle guest queries on social media with diplomacy.
∎ Must be proactive in assuming responsibilities.
∎ Must be able to work independently and help the team member within a shifting environment when needed.
∎ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships.
∎ Have excellent writing capabilities and an eye for detail.
∎ Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
∎ Think creatively and strategically at a fast pace.
∎ Have good organizational skills, integrity and great follow through.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
