Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research advertising trends and set strategic promotional plan
∎ Research competitor's pricing and products
∎ Decide on the appropriate placement of ads
∎ Run Daily Basis Ads on Different Social Platforms
∎ Determine what content will reach customers
∎ Publish digital marketing content online and manage social platforms
∎ Implement email marketing campaigns
∎ Monitor social media and Google Analytics
∎ Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
∎ Create and manage link-building strategies, and content marketing strategies.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ Strong management skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
∎ Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
∎ Create and curate engaging content for email, and social media platforms
∎ Conduct ongoing analysis of the website and social media performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media Insights, to identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and be proactive in identifying new opportunities for growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experiences in Edtech will be preferable
∎ Excellent English and Bangla communication skills.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Digital Marketing Course
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital product Sales, Basic knowledge of keyword research and Google Trends., Computer skills, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Digital Marketing Strategies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ Candidates who have Digital/Online marketing courses will get more priority.
∎ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google ads is a plus
∎ Customer relationship management skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent speaking and writing proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
