Responsibilities & Context:

Astral Interior & Furniture is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to manage online marketing activities and support sales growth.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google

• Create engaging social media content (posts, captions, reels, and promotional content)

• Design basic marketing creatives using Canva / basic Photoshop

• Regular story posting on Facebook & Instagram (projects, offers, daily updates)

• Manage company social media pages and ensure brand consistency

• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

• Handle online inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website leads

• Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into sales

• Understand customer requirements and explain interior & furniture services

• Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales

• Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and meetings if required

• Maintain client database, sales records, and monthly reports

• Coordinate with interior designers, project teams, and management

• Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business development activities
