Mastermind Digital is looking for a smart, motivated, and enthusiastic candidate to join our Bangladesh office-based team as a Digital Marketing and Content Creator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, brand communication, graphic design, and creative visual storytelling.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, designing visual materials, producing simple animations, supporting lead generation activities, and maintaining online communication channels professionally.

This position may also involve occasional outdoor shooting and student interview activities for promotional and communication purposes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website

• Handle Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube channels regularly

• Plan, create, post, and schedule content including posts, reels, and shorts

• Create attractive graphics for social media posts, banners, promotional materials, and digital campaigns

• Design creative marketing materials aligned with the company’s branding

• Produce simple animations, motion graphics, and short visual effects for digital content

• Coordinate video content and manage YouTube SEO including title, description, and tags

• Run Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads with a strong focus on lead generation

• Moderate pages, manage inboxes, and reply to comments professionally

• Handle or forward leads from Messenger and WhatsApp efficiently

• Maintain website SEO and update website content regularly

Growth & Learning:

• Be willing to learn new digital marketing, CRM, and online counseling tools

• Be open to learning video presentation, communication skills, animation trends, and content trends

• Represent Mastermind Digital professionally

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Graphics Design, Multimedia, Animation, Social Media Marketing, or related field

• Candidates with relevant skills and practical experience will get preference

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, graphics design, animation, or related work will be preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and animation

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business

• Basic understanding of paid ads, lead generation, and SEO

• Practical skills in graphic design tools and animation or motion design software
