We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer (SEO, SMM) with proven expertise in search engine ranking, social media marketing, and end-to-end digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and execute effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to increase website traffic and conversions.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues, including site speed, indexing, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
Create engaging content strategies to build brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Analyze social media performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
3. End-to-End Digital Marketing
Design and execute complete digital marketing strategies from planning to execution and performance tracking.
Coordinate content marketing, email marketing, paid ads, and conversion optimization efforts.
Manage marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing processes.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years or more of proven experience as an SEO or Digital Marketing specialist.
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and search engine ranking strategies.
Hands-on experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
Proficiency with SEO and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Basic knowledge on HTML and Understanding of conversion -rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
