Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead targets
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Messages)
Optimize ads to ensure high-quality visa leads at minimum cost
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup
Daily monitoring of ad performance and budget control
Creative coordination (ad copy, visuals, video ideas)
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Facebook Ads policy and algorithm changes
