Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in the making of unique, timely, consistent and relevant written, video, and graphic content for our digital channels
∎ Conduct research to formulate ideas or support writing and learn about the target audience for copy.
∎ Support and implement the social media content plan
∎ Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience
∎ Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines
∎ Ensure all content is professional, compelling, concise and conforms to the highest writing standards
∎ Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content
∎ Support in providing ZXY with an active voice in relevant online community discussions/ forums
∎ Follow-up the overall development of communication content, e.g. websites, social communication pages, brochures, catalogue, banners
Additional Requirements:
∎ To have a passion for all things digital marketing related
∎ Ideally experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in content development/copywriting will be a plus
∎ The applicant must have experience in social media engagement on behalf of a brand or business, content delivery across various social media platforms
∎ Our ideal candidate should have excellent language skills in English both written and spoken as well as in creative forms
∎ Knowledge of any of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Bengali, Hindi; would be an added advantage
∎ Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency with social media platforms is a must
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organised working under pressure
∎ Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
∎ Passion for communication with confidence in own digital abilities and techniques
∎ Highly motivated, quick-learners are always welcome
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work independently is critical
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work efficiently to manage daily workload
