∎ Bachelors/Masters in Marketing from any reputed university; BBA/MBA is preferred

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigate and assist the clients to determine their needs and wants
∎ Consult with the clients; help and coordinate to prepare and present strategies related to digital marketing
∎ Ensure proper implementation of digital strategies for the clients and work towards defined goals
∎ Implement and supervise digital projects to increase the ROI; monitor effectiveness of digital campaigns
∎ Be sensitive to the current market trends through careful observation and effective competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
∎ Under the supervision of account manager, proactively manage portfolio of client programs and campaigns, ensuring on-going performance to target metrics
∎ Prepare client proposals and present reports on clients' progress
∎ Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
∎ Answer client queries promptly and efficiently; foster strong and long-term client relationships
∎ Work with the finance team or department to manage project budgets and billing
∎ Provide regular performance reports and insights as directed by the supervising account manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
∎ Outstanding internal & external communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong presentation skills
∎ Strong problem solving capability
∎ Strong leadership and excellent team management skills
∎ Thorough attention to details
∎ Excellent negotiation skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Multitasking capacity along with ability to prioritize and organize workload
∎ Perform under pressure in the fast paced work environment and meet the deadlines
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and English to make the final proof check of any creative/ content materials
