Job Purpose
The Role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, brand positioning, and profitability of the Poultry Feed and Fish Feed business. This role will lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives, manage nationwide distribution and sales teams, strengthen dealer and farmer relationships, and ensure sustainable market leadership in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies for poultry feed and fish feed.
Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and growth targets by product and region.
Identify new market opportunities, product segments, and geographic expansion areas.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Sales Management
Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers, territory officers, and field sales teams.
Drive achievement of sales volume, value, and collection targets.
Establish and strengthen dealer, distributor, and key customer networks nationwide.
Oversee pricing strategies, trade schemes, discounts, and incentive programs.
Ensure effective demand planning and coordination with production and supply chain teams.
Marketing & Brand Development
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Strengthen brand visibility through farmer engagement programs, seminars, and field demonstrations.
Work closely with technical and nutrition teams to communicate product value propositions.
Develop marketing materials, POS tools, and communication content for different customer segments.
Customer & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with large farms, integrators, hatcheries, fish farmers, and institutional clients.
Address major customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Support the sales team in negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track sales performance, market share, and profitability on a regular basis.
Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong culture of compliance, transparency, and teamwork.
