Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth running and smooth coordination of Exhaust dyeing, CPB dyeing , Dye Lab ,Finishing as a team with other departments (Planning & Maintenance& &Sustainability).
∎ Checking lab dip ,Lab to Bulk dyeing receipes.
∎ Ensure and act on attaining targeting RFT in dyehouse.
∎ Check daily dyeing plan, and yesterday plan realization.
∎ Managing customer on time delivery.
∎ Checking & reducing dyeing and finishing costing as per kg fabric production.
∎ Work on cost reduction by dye, chemical and process optimization.
∎ Check production, breakdown, stoppages, RFT, OTP, Cost, Capacity usage Report and take necessary actions.
∎ Introduce new dyeing ,finishing. Lab machinery and process into production.
∎ Lead and guide Lean production system, social responsibility regulations, Health & safety regulations in workplace.
∎ Check and guide ZDHC, blue sign ,Higg Index regulation for sustainable production.
∎ Set and attain department KPI”s based on customer satisfaction, innovation, Profit, Production speed, product quality and empowerment of production team members in alignment with company main goals.
∎ Lead Proactive risk analysis meeting for production.
∎ Ensuring all activity at right time for reprocess, topping and any quality rejects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep knowledge in dyeing Polyester, PA , Viscose & Blend of these fibers with elastane/Good shade match experience /Experience in CPB dyeing /Finishing process& machines / Experience in Datacolor/ Orgatex /Spectrophotometer /Dye auto dispensing sys/ Mananagerial skill/Presentable.
∎ Overall minimum experience 15+ years in knittted textile production and 3 years experience in DGM Or GM managerial position.
∎ Deep expertize &knowledge on Dyeing & Heat-setting & Finishing of Polyester /CD Polyester,Polyamide,Viscose fabrics & blend of these fabrics with Elastane.
∎ Outmost expertise in shade matching visually and using Spectrophotometer& Data color effectively.
∎ Experience in Automatic chemical & dye dispensing system.
∎ Experience in orgatex program.
∎ Practical experience with Vertical (Brazoli /Thies/Sclavos) & Horizantal (AK,Tong Geng,Acme) dyeing machine.
∎ Good understanding& experience of finishing process and machinery.
∎ Understanding and experience in CPB dyeing and washing processes.
