∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ FCA/ACA/FCMA/ACMA or partly qualified CA or CMA with good academic record.
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in any 100% export oriented dyeing, printing & finishing industry.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of inventory, pre cost and cost, etc. relevant fields.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have experience in software based accounting system.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Help plan, organize, and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
∎ To Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.
∎ To develop a standard costing system.
∎ To Manage the transition from the existing cost environment to the standard cost System.
∎ To Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost-to-operate statement along with supporting analysis.
∎ To Manage the day-to-day operation of the existing cost accounting function.
∎ To Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc.
∎ To Analyze pre-costing with post-cost.
∎ To Compare the previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ To Monitor Financial Risk Assessment.
