Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CACC/CMA/ACCA qualified will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Corporate Finance, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Involved in corporate planning and collaborate with senior management during organizational restructuring at all levels.
∎ Involved in formulations of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.
∎ Budgeting, forecasting, costs & credit control through costs record, determining material costs, labor cost, factory overhead and work in progress, margin analysis, profitability analysis and management reporting on production and efficiency variances
∎ Involved in financial projections of collaborations/ joint ventures envisaged.
∎ Treasury management through management all cash functions including cash concentrations, wires, account funding, ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash.
∎ Submit monthly business result with variance analysis.
∎ Analyze various scenarios and risks and report to top management.
∎ Advising on TAX and VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liability).
∎ Lead and coordinate successful completion and closing of external and any other compliance audit.
∎ Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge and hands on practical exposure on Budgeting, costing, accounting standards, internal control, TAX-VAT, operational priorities, bank credit facilities.
∎ Incumbent will be successful in this position if he/she possess aptitude for learning, can do attitude, and detail oriented, team player, problem solver with ability to multi task and meet deadline on regular basis.
