Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Providing guidelines & instructions to sub-ordinates to achieve high productivity with required quality level
∎ To check & monitor the manpower utilization of the department/sections to assure that it gives the maximum benefits to the company.
∎ Provide best cost minimization plan to sub-ordinates & achieve it combinedly.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.
∎ To arrange pre-production meetings for all new styles before starting production.
∎ To ensure a smooth workflow with properly managed supply chain of fabrics and accessories.
∎ Monitor the disturbance of achieving daily production target.
∎ To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required for the stitching plan and the forecasted shipment plan.
∎ To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production.
∎ Ensure minimum wastage and keeping data of wastage Shift wise/ Process wise.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
