Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry / D.V.M. from any recognized universities with proven track record on Poultry Breeder Farm management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of poultry Breeder Farm operations that can ensure sustainable revenue as per company’s Farming & production Target.
∎ Ensure maximum operational performance of Breeder farm Business.
∎ Responsible for daily operational activities of Farms and Hatcheries.
∎ Responsible for all farm management activities, administration and record-keeping of fixed or movable properties associated with farms and hatcheries.
∎ Plan, oversee and participate in the management of all aspect of the farming including rearing, growing, laying, egg management etc.
∎ Enforce high standard biosecurity measures in the farm areas, safety, cleanliness and maintenance on personnel and properties.
∎ Communication with zonal and corporate office.

Salary:
