∎ Candidate must have working experience as DGM/NSM - Head of Sales in a big cable manufacturing industries
∎ Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experiences with mentioned products (Cables) at the mentioned post.
∎ Preparing sales budget & forecasting according to territory and item wise.
∎ Set various types of goal as per requirement.
∎ People development & Team management.
∎ Strategic planning for sustainable marketing.
∎ Analysis the market dynamic and plan according to the dynamic.
∎ Monitoring market scenario every day and take step according to demand and supply.
∎ Developing image & establish brand.
∎ Controlling Sales Distribution Center operations round the country.
∎ Cost controlling though efficient selling
∎ Maintaining the credit efficiently and effectively.
∎ Provide guideline for the team.
∎ Strong communication with sales personnel, distributor.
∎ Complain Handling and Feedback to management.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for regions & territories
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire the sales & marketing team to boost up sales volume.
∎ Responsible for planning, development & implementation of brands strategy and responsible for Cable sales all over Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for day to day monitoring of sales team
∎ Prepare yearly/half yearly sales budget of Cable sales, marketing planning & implementation
∎ Development of market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion scheme.
∎ Preparing monthly sales target and allocating the same to the sales areas
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new clients.
∎ Monitoring credit & outstanding parties on regular basis, strong initiative to collect defaulter party's dues amount.
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential clients, existing clients and monitor regular visit of marketing team members.
∎ Execute target distribution by territory, ensure distribution depth, follow up target vs achievement & provide feedback to the management.
∎ To implement if any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
∎ Age at least 35 years
