∎ Should be experienced in the relevant growth marketing field in a fast-growing business environment, preferably in Telecom industry roles
∎ Detail hands-on understanding of customer segmentation, customer value management, etc.
∎ Expertise of dealing with complex data sets, along with strong analytical skills
∎ Channel Management expertise

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly go through in-depth analytics of major KPI and different customer segment’s usage behavior
∎ Assess customer voice, competition movements and international best practices by gathering market/customer insights
∎ Based on the analytics and insights, develop and execute plans to help acquire new customers and retain/win back customers to ensure customer and revenue growth
∎ Understand different customer segments and propose campaign mechanics to grow those segments
∎ Propose concepts/campaign initiatives to implement together with MNOs and internal stakeholders to ensure growth of joint business KPI
∎ List & prioritize ideas/initiatives in terms of business impact & time to be taken, together with internal stakeholders and MNO partners
∎ Establish growth targets and drive key performance indicators.
