Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in Sales & Business Development.
Strong preference for experience in PEB, Steel Structure, EPC, Industrial Construction, or Engineering Project Sales.
Proven track record of achieving multimillion-taka sales targets and managing large corporate accounts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's business roadmap.
Lead business development initiatives to secure large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients, EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Lead technical & commercial proposal development, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Conduct regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
Collaborate with Engineering, PID, Production & Project teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
Represent the company in corporate meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
Ensure complete documentation, reporting, CRM updates, and manage the rigorous collection of running (progress) bills, final project payments, and due receivables from clients.
