Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority.
- To give technical support to the suppliers for the washing process (both Dry and wet process).
- To make understand the supplier for buyer requirement for both technical and compliance terms.
- To evaluate the washing plant based on buyer requirements.
- To understand the suppliers regarding chemical safety issues for the washing plant. To ensure the garment's testing report is in the satisfactory level before shipment.
- Maintain buyer and in-house SOP and try to implement and add new wash formula.
- Risk assessment & root cause analysis before bulk production.
- Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
- Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.
- Responsible for ensure the quality of wash products/Garments. Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
- Productions follow up with washing Plant. Research and development for all wash processes for the sample.
- To monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rewash and rejection
- To find out the root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with the production department.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned.
