Job Context:
∎ An International renewable energy development company looking for DGM / AGM- Sales & Marketing for Bangladesh Operations.
∎ The company is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial solar sales.
∎ DGM/ AGM-Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, development, and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales targets. Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
∎ Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects.
∎ OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients
∎ Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
∎ Follow up sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
∎ Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
∎ Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.

∎ Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
∎ To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the companies communicated with and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
∎ Should be capable to identify prospective new clients.
∎ Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there.
∎ Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Should be capable to identify prospective new clients.
∎ Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial solar/others projects .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
∎ Senior level sales for b2B deals.
∎ Presentation and animation.
∎ Experience in corporate sales sector at least 8 (eight) years including 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in commercial solar.
∎ Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand your customer base.
