∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Management,Costing,Estimate

∎ 14 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Operation, Land Development, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of construction as per design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of a project.
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Interiors & Exteriors related finishing & construction working.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly budget for the project.
∎ Material requisition and co-ordinate with procurement.
∎ Resolving the issue related to project implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, AutoCAD, Estimation Software etc.
∎ To perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
