Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To ensure sales target for the company by:
∎ Preparing sales budget, Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan.
∎ Building relationship with Farmers & Dealers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Territory sales target and evaluate farmers & dealers performance.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of dealers & end users.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per 'BCS' policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the senior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Experience in Poultry/ Fish/ Cattle feed sales.
∎ Feed sales experience preferred.
∎ Experienced candidate will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.

Salary: Negotiable
