Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuous Integration and Deployment: Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for our applications, ensuring seamless integration, automated testing, and smooth deployment to production and other environments.
∎ Infrastructure Automation: Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate the provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud-based resources, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
∎ Monitoring and Performance: Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues that impact system reliability.
∎ Version Control and Configuration Management: Implement and maintain version control systems and configuration management tools, ensuring codebase integrity and facilitating collaboration among development teams.
∎ Security and Compliance: Work closely with security teams to enforce best practices and ensure the security and compliance of our systems, applications, and data.
∎ Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve incidents related to production systems, providing timely support and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
∎ Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
∎ Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure components, making data-driven decisions to enhance speed and efficiency.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
∎ Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role, demonstrating successful implementation of DevOps practices in a production environment.
∎ Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
∎ Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) and infrastructure-as-code frameworks (e.g., Terraform).
∎ Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
∎ Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
∎ Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
∎ Knowledge of networking concepts and experience working with load balancers, proxies, and firewalls.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
∎ Preferred (but not mandatory) Qualifications:
∎ Certifications in relevant areas such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
∎ Experience with server less computing technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
