• Familiar with GitOps, blue-green or rolling deployments, and multi-environment setup.

• Proficient with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Loki).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Context

Betopia Group is looking for two Mid-Level DevOps Engineers to join our IT & Platform Engineering division.
You’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure for our SaaS and enterprise applications — regardless of the programming stack (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.).

If you’re passionate about automation, cloud scalability, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DigitalOcean, or similar providers.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
  

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.

• Set up observability and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK).

• Work closely with development teams (any stack — Node.js, Python, Java, PHP) to streamline deployments.

• Enforce security controls — IAM, MFA, SSL, secrets management, and firewall policies.

• Manage environment health, backups, recovery, and incident response.

• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and deployment speed.
