Responsibilities & Context:
To lead the Marketing Personnel of the Company
Set business targets for agents and monitor their performance regularly
Support agents in generating business and achieving sales objectives
Identify and develop potential markets for life insurance products
Coordinate with the branch offices to ensure smooth operations and customer service
