Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years degree in chemistry, App Chemistry, Bio chemistry or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out laboratory testing.
∎ Perform Bio-Chemistry & Immunochemistry assay according to standard operating procedure (SOP).
∎ Prepare, aliquot and storage of QC & calibrator in a standard way and maintain relevant documents.
∎ Perform daily maintenance and calibration of analyzer, run QC and post QC data through software.
∎ Verify test result for repeat assay and post the data for report preparation. Participate in maintenance, standardization & operation of lab analyzers to perform the testing.
∎ Participate in test result calculation and timely signing the report for quick report delivery.
∎ Complete preventive maintenance requirements of lab equipment; following manufacturer & instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
∎ Ensuring Proper Implementation of any new procedure/Standards (EU, US, GB, JIS, etc.)/ Updates of customer manuals/instruction after official release and within the stipulated timeline.
∎ Develop new tests and update the documents server regarding international regulations standards and technical requirements of clients.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe working environment and good laboratory housekeeping in the laboratory.
∎ Monitor and report the inventory level of consumables, chemicals and relating testing materials.
∎ Monitor and lead the daily operation of the Testing Lab Assistant to ensure proper handling and maintenance of test equipment.
∎ Training the Lab and quality assurance team and develop their skill level higher on and on according to AQL & 4-point system.
∎ Test & measure assemblies for accuracy and verify to functional specification.
∎ Measure dimensions of product using quality Inspection tools.
∎ Responsible for authenticity of reports generated for management, Buyers or Vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field. Direct lab experience, including petroleum/lube oil laboratories.
