∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ 2+ years of industry experience of design and product development for international brands (woven).
∎ Proficient in communicating in English in writing & speaking.
∎ Proficiency in work with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and photoshop.
∎ Proficiency in work with Microsoft excel and power point.
∎ Strong technical skills in garment construction and design·
∎ Knowledge in woven fabrics and sourcing.
∎ Excellent Understanding about global fashion trends and International high-street brands.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for design sample or will develop the new product for the buyer by fulfilling their requirement and expectation.
∎ Create design/product sample presentations based on customer mood boards.
∎ Making professional tech packs using Illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ Communicate design specifications to CAD team, work closely with the sample room to ensure that the designs are executed correctly, and the finished products meet the brand's quality standards.
∎ Follow up and co-ordinate every stage of sampling.
∎ Sourcing, selecting, and booking RM for sample development.
∎ Maintain a data base for all design developments with accurate data.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management .
