Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage all security personnel on-site.
Ensure safety and security of project assets, staff, and visitors.
Implement and monitor security protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
Coordinate with local authorities and project management for smooth operations.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop project-specific security plans and strategies.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure aligned security measures.
Visit project sites to inspect for risks and vulnerabilities.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, and conduct staff training.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and emergency service agencies.
