Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being a reliable person for HOD absence of Sr. manager.
∎ Understanding production program from superiors & hand over to officer.
∎ Maintaining quality parameter according to the buyer's requirements.
∎ Preventing any non confirmings from any process of finishing.
∎ Increasing productivity by maintaining proper production sequence.
∎ Confirming right chemicals & auxiliaries for a specific design.
∎ Being informed about right condition of floor, man, machines & materials.
∎ Reducing non-productive time by feeding materials according to production plan.
∎ Ensuring code of conduct of subordinate & motivate them to achieve target.
∎ Informing HOD about any abnormal activity of fabrics, machines or chemicals.
∎ Decreasing cost by low chemical dosing & process optimizing when necessary.
∎ Authorized to delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experiences of minimum 07 years in Printing & Finishing of Woven Textile industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
