∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Candidates from similar track will be preferred, especially who have experience in Substation and Turnkey project Selling.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have a proven track record in technical sales.
∎ Possess strong connections with private utility sectors such as PWD, MES, WASA, City Corporations and Industrial/Commercial Construction & EPC firms.
∎ Have in-depth market knowledge and a strong client network in the Chattogram Division.Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex’s range of products and services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth rollout of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
∎ Provide timely technical support and advice to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.· Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
∎ Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
∎ Use relevant tools and software proficiently for reporting and communication.
∎ Adex is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced individual to join our Sales Team as Deputy/Assistant Manager- Sales, focusing on the sales of Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems in both the Utility and Industrial sectors.
