Export Commercial, Export Documentation, International/ Export Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source & appoint new buyer/importer.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing importer.
∎ Collect export order from responsible territory as per given monthly & yearly target.
∎ Follow up with importer & collect Advance TT (Payment) before production & rest Payment (100%) before handing over the BL to Importer. Maintain regular importer ledger / GL.
∎ Do Costing considering all relevant costs & expenses & fix price with prior approval of GM-Export / Head of Export.
∎ Place job order to factory and arrange production schedule as per demand.
∎ Ensure proper & correct sales booking in the Software.
∎ Ensure proper & 100% correct export & shipment related documentation without any error.
∎ Ensure all RMPM to liaison with relevant department like procurement, packaging material from different vendor/external customer
∎ Maintain proper inventory and follow-up with the factory, contact manufacturing factory for proper utilization as well as to maintain the production schedule.
∎ Visit factory & CM Factory time to time to monitor the Production.
∎ Ensure the proper coding , instructions, declaration as per country regulatory advise.
