Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in degree in any discipline from a reputed university preferably in Sociology, Development Studies, Public Administration & Social Welfare.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Work Location: Kola Para, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting to : Team Leader (Training)
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration:
∎ 8 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund)
∎ Job Location
∎ Kolapara, Potuakhali

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & implementing ILRP Training Program
∎ Leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams
∎ Design training programs, arrange logistics, and conduct communication activities to the concern person
∎ Develop training aids such as module, schedule and handbooks
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
∎ Follow-up and report on training outcomes
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
∎ Facilitate placement of participants into relevant job according to their personal employment plan.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation
∎ Work closely with concern stakeholders
∎ Closely monitor the progress of data entry and ensure that data collected is validated; and
∎ Oversee periodic field visits to verify data as per agreed sample and ensure proper analysis
∎ Frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
∎ Minimum 5 years experience on related field
∎ Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Resourceful with excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skill
∎ Should have valid Motor bike driving license
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.

Salary:
∎ Salary: 42,000-45,000 (Negotiable)
