Educational Requirements:
∎ Maters in Social Science/ Development Studies/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent in leading and programme development.
∎ Work Location: Kola Para, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Team Leader (TL)
∎ Department: Program

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on "Income and Livelihood Restoration Program (ILRP)"
∎ Experience to work in the development sector.
∎ She/he is overall responsible for field coordination, follow-up, Monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Organize training program within short notice.
∎ Ensure trainees as per the guideline of the authority.
∎ Supervise of trainer, training activities and staffs working in the field.
∎ Coordination and maintain all kind of liaison with different stakeholders and Government officials.
∎ Ensure effective communication and networking with project stakeholder along with GO-NGO.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and accomplish the planned activities to contribute for achieving the desire goal of the project.
∎ Ability to prepare Module/ Schedule/Training Plan and organization training at field level.
∎ Ability to organize IGA and vocational/Technical training at field level.
∎ Ability to work in a team as a team member.
∎ Capability to ensure timely and proper documentation and record keeping for the project achievement and prepare case story
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly and closing report
∎ Prepare and finalize quality of each event reports of assigned Project to meet up donor and organizational requirements.
∎ Capability to organize workshop, training, dialogue and others.
∎ Creativity, flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to priorities workloads to meet deadlines.
∎ Undertake any other decision and activities assigned by the Team Leader related to this project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in the relevant field and Overall Program Management.
∎ Ability on good computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and internet.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Salary: 35,000-45,000 (Negotiable)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Organizational policy (Negotiable)
