Candidates with experience in agro-based projects—such as temperature-controlled dehumidifier warehouses, dairy farms, food processing, fertilizer & pesticide factories—will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Giant Agro Processing Ltd. is looking for Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager who can oversee, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of various business projects of the company. Presently company plans to do:
1) Multipurpose temperature controlled warehouse with distribution center;
2) Milk processing plant with dairy farm;
3) Mustard oil and spice processing plant;
Moreover bridging the gap between departments and completing projects efficiently.
Job Responsibilities: -
Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between departments—ensuring seamless communication between accounts, engineering, supply, and finance.
Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules; monitor progress and make real-time adjustments as needed.
Resource Management: Ensure that all required resources (human, technical, and financial) are available and efficiently utilized.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular progress updates to senior management, and ensure a smooth handover post-completion.
Problem Solving: Address project challenges proactively and provide logical solutions to facilitate smooth workflow across departments.
