Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
∎ Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between departments—ensuring seamless communication between accounts, engineering, supply, and finance.
∎ Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules; monitor progress and make real-time adjustments as needed.
∎ Resource Management: Ensure that all required resources (human, technical, and financial) are available and efficiently utilized.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular progress updates to senior management, and ensure a smooth handover post-completion.
∎ Problem Solving: Address project challenges proactively and provide logical solutions to facilitate smooth workflow across departments.
